The GTM Operations & Strategy team partners with our go-to-market team (Sales, AM, Marketing, Prof Services, Support) on initiatives to drive revenue. The Foundations Team works specifically on high leverage initiatives to improve the data, systems, and processes underpinning our go-to-market strategy. As a Sales Ops Associate on the GTM Foundations Team, you’ll work closely with GTM stakeholders and our GTM Systems team to build and continuously improve upon foundational go-to-market processes.


Responsiblities

  • Own critical sales operations processes, including territory management, Closed-Won deal review, sales headcount and hierarchy management, and more
  • Manage enablement, both live and documented, on processes and operations related to the CRM and GTM Systems
  • Constantly evaluate our GTM systems and processes; ideate and execute on improvements and process automation
  • Work with GTM stakeholders and other GTM Ops team members to continuously identify and bridge gaps in data, systems, and processes to accelerate revenue

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in Sales or Operations at a tech company or startup
  • Basic proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel; a demonstrated ability to develop analytical and quantitative skills
  • The ability and willingness to learn SQL and other data analysis and visualization tools
  • Familiarity with Salesforce; experience with sales platforms like Clay, Gong, etc. is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders and cross-functional partners
  • Continuous improvement mindset; ability to seek out and implement internal or external best practices
