Dynatrace, the global leader in Software Intelligence, is hiring a bilingual Sales Coordinator to join our high-performing Sales Operations team. We're looking for a sharp, hands-on professional who’s ready to support a growing sales org and make a big impact.
Candidates must reside in the Central U.S. time zone. Fully remote for those in the Central time zone.
What you’ll do:
- Serve as a trusted resource to Sales and Sales Leadership, supporting the sales process and handling internal workflows and Salesforce inquiries.
- Collaborate across departments (Finance, Legal, Product, Partners, Deal Desk, etc.) to drive smooth, timely deal cycles.
- Proactively communicate updates and reduce operational noise so sellers can focus on selling.
- Gather feedback from sales and partner teams to recommend process and system enhancements to Sales Ops leadership.
- Organize trainings and regular meetings with AEs and Sales Managers to keep operations running smoothly.
Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Customer Support, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.

- The salary range for this role is $46,000 - $60,000. When determining your salary, we consider your experience, skills, education, and work location.
