Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced first-level line manager to lead a high-performing team and drive operational excellence. In this role, you will oversee key management responsibilities, including hiring decisions, compensation contributions, setting objectives, and managing team performance. The ideal candidate will work independently, provide innovative solutions to complex problems, and foster cross-functional collaboration to achieve strategic goals.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage an immediate team, overseeing hiring, compensation contributions, objective setting, and performance management.
  • Work independently with minimal oversight, driving team success while aligning with organizational priorities.
  • Solve immediate problems creatively and effectively, offering solutions and guidance on complex issues.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the broader business and build a strong professional network.
  • Leverage technical proficiency to design, implement, and innovate tools and systems, setting a high standard of technical excellence.
  • Use data to lead transformative strategies and provide data-driven insights across the organization.
  • Facilitate collaboration across multiple functions, driving innovation and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Develop and execute complex strategic plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Manage the entire customer lifecycle with a focus on driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Expert in designing and innovating tools and systems while setting technical standards.
  • Leverages data to innovate and lead organizational strategies.
  • Drives collaboration across teams and builds impactful partnerships.
  • Crafts and executes strategic plans aligned with high-level goals.
  • Manages the customer lifecycle with a focus on satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Expert in compliance and risk strategies influencing organizational policies.
  • Creates a culture of adaptability with robust enablement programs.
  • Builds an environment of empowerment and continuous team development.

Compensation for this role ranges between $140,000-$155,000 depending on experience
