Pay rate: $30 per hour

The Sales Operations Manager supports the overall success of the sales and events team by managing group reservations, room blocks, billing, reporting, and client communication. This role works closely with Sales and Event Managers to coordinate event details, prepare proposals and contracts, conduct site tours, and provide day-of-event support to ensure a seamless guest experience. The Sales Operations Manager also leads trade show planning and execution, overseeing logistics, booth staff, lead collection, and post-event follow-up. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, client-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Experience / Education:        

Sales and/or hotel experience preferred; high school diploma and/or equivalent work experience; Delphi.fdc a plus
