The salary for this role is $70,000 - $80,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities:

      1. Work with revenue leadership and general ops to build sequences/workflows within all tech platforms, but particularly Hubspot
      2. Work with the Marketing team to ensure all workflows across teams function smoothly transitioning work from one team to the next
      3. Work with data teams to ensure all data is accurate at all times and reporting is automated
      4. Work with revenue management and general ops to always be “ahead” and working on innovative strategies and systems
      5. Assist in QA of systems and processes of sales team
      6. Assist in trouble shooting for the team
Requirements
      1. 3+ years of experience in sales operations using Hubspot as your CRM?
      2. High sense of urgency and experience working in more of a start-up environment ($0 - $50M revenue)
      3. Experience in service based business, especially B2B
      4. Experience with software that does call/text like Sales Msg, Kixie, etc.
      5. Experience working with reporting, especially through a business intelligence system (Grow, Power BI, Domo, Tableau, etc.)
      6. MUST have very high level of knowledge/experience with HubSpot
      7. MUST have experience building sequences and workflows from scratch
      8. MUST have experience working on outbound sequences and workflows
