Position Summary:

We are looking for a results-oriented Sales & Partnership Regional Manager to lead OL International sales efforts for the 2026 World Cup in those FIFA Football Confederations. This role requires proven experience in securing partnerships with travel agents and top-tier brands in the assigned football regions. Sales & Partnership Regional Manager will be responsible for identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships, overseeing OL-appointed Sales Agents, and driving sales of premium ticket packages, hospitality suites, and VIP experiences. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sports sales, proven commercial relations, strong communication skills, and the ability to analyze sales performance to adjust strategies as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the contractual relationships with appointed Sales Agents and ensure the achievement of contracted sales goals in the assigned FIFA Football Confederations.
  • Provide support on sales and product-related inquiries as needed, ensuring Sales Agents have the resources and knowledge to meet their targets.
  • Actively sell premium tickets, hospitality suites, and VIP experiences to high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and key stakeholders within the assigned Territories and Regions.
  • Achieve and exceed Territorial sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with appointed Sales Agents and potential clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients before, during, and after the sales process.
  • Address Sales Agents and client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Use market insights to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions using CRM software.
  • Prepare regular sales reports for the Director of International Sales.
  • Work closely with the marketing, product and customer service OL teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, preferably within the Sports or Event’s Hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Skills:

  • Oral and writing in foreign languages is a plus (Arabic, Spanish, Chinese, and Japanese)

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience.  Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.


Hiring Range Minimum:

$86,250 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:

$115,000 annually
