About Us

Rho is the modern banking platform built for startups. Open accounts in minutes, issue cards, manage expenses, pay bills, and close the books – all in one connected platform backed by real human support.

About the Role:

Rho is transforming business finance for high-growth companies through an integrated B2B fintech platform. As our Sales Enablement Manager, you will be an important driver of revenue and client success—owning the strategic enablement of our Sales (AEs) and Post-Sales teams (Account Managers, Implementation Specialists). Your mission: turn our team into fintech and platform subject-matter experts at record pace, and make their training a direct lever for team productivity, revenue, retention, and customer excellence.

This role is in-person 5 days/week based out of our NYC office in Soho.

Responsibilities:

  • Program Strategy & Execution:
Architect, launch, and continuously iterate enablement programs for Sales and Post-Sales teams—spanning onboarding, upskilling, certifications, playbooks, workshops, and async digital learning. You'll set a cadence for quarterly programming that adapts to market changes and product evolution.

  • Advanced Enablement & Analytics:
Deliver training through multi-modal formats: live/in-person, remote, digital LMS, AI-powered microlearning, and role-based simulations. Measure everything—ramp time, adoption, win rates, renewal/upsell success, and retention—using Salesforce, Gong, Looker, and custom dashboards.

  • First Principles & Innovation:
Leverage, and challenge, standard approaches. Create programs from scratch and use technology/AI to create next-gen enablement that outpaces the competition.

  • Cross-functional Impact:
Partner with Product, Marketing, Strategic Finance, and Customer Success to ensure enablement reflects live product realities, market feedback, and competitor landscape.

  • Continuous Improvement:
Feedback loops with real business impact: A/B test content, pilot new methods, re-launch failing initiatives, sunset outdated ones, and always push for measurable improvement.

  • Subject Matter Expertise:
Become a true master of Rho's advanced banking, card, treasury, accounting automation, expense management, and SaaS integration stack—and make our team just as expert.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years in SaaS/fintech sales enablement, training, or learning & development at a high-velocity startup or technology company.

  • Demonstrated ability to link enablement strategy with real metrics: ramp reduction, team productivity gains, revenue lift, and retention wins.

  • Tech-forward mindset and passionate about leveraging AI and analytics to scale impact.

  • Strong record in designing and delivering multi-modal programming: live, async, digital, role-based certification, with direct business KPIs attached.

  • Strategic, analytical, and creative: known for “first principles thinking” and building new programs that department heads will beg to roll out more widely.

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder partnering: cross-functional glue who can rally Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

  • Fintech fluency: deeply understands the nuances of banking, payments, cards, SaaS, and the needs of B2B clients.

  • Data-driven and feedback-obsessed: sets, tracks, and owns enablement metrics; iterates programs based on measured impact.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience enabling post-sales teams and accelerating cross-sell/up-sell/renewal outcomes.

  • Expert in best-in-class enablement tools (Salesforce, Gong, Looker, LMS)

  • Advanced certifications in learning, fintech, analytics, or organizational development.

Our people are our most valuable asset. The budgeted OTE salary for this role is $137,000 - $173,000. In addition to salary, Rho offers equity, healthcare benefits, and paid time off.
