Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals,and market research.
2. Meet prospective clients to understand their branding and signage requirements.
3. Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
4. Negotiate prices, contract terms, and project timelines within company guidelines.
5. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
6. Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
7. Coordinate with the design, production, and installation teams to ensure projects are delivered according to client requirements.
8. Follow up on quotations and convert leads into confirmed sales.
9. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline opportunities.
10. Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
11. Attend client meetings, exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to promote company services.
12. Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer needs.
13. Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
14. Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales and project delivery process.
15. Assist in debt collection by following up on outstanding customer payments when required.

  • Office branding
  • Digital printing
  • Promotional materials
  • Fabrication and installation services



Requirements
Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor& Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional sales training is an added advantage.

Experience
  • At least 2–3 years sales experience, preferably in branding, signage, advertising,printing, or a related industry.
  • Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
