Role Description The Associate Sales Representative is a contract, remote role responsible for supporting the growth of HealthTeach solutions with healthcare organizations and related clients. Day-to-day tasks include conducting outreach to prospective customers, scheduling and participating in virtual meetings, and providing information about product features, benefits, and pricing. The role involves assisting senior sales team members with lead qualification, preparing sales materials and presentations, and maintaining accurate records in CRM and other tracking tools. The Associate Sales Representative will follow up on inquiries, support onboarding of new clients, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. This role requires a proactive approach, clear communication, and consistent follow-through on assigned sales activities.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to present information clearly and build rapport with clients.
- Ability to deliver as a Subject Matter Expert.
- A self starter, able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Able to act as a representative of the company's leadership team in strategic customer and/or partner relationships, as well as in public settings such as industry events
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster strong customer relationships and develop an in-depth knowledge of the product to meet individual business requirements
- Able to manage multiple projects, adhere to timelines, adapt to shifting priorities, all with an attention to detail and eye for what moves the needle
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft and communicate clear, concise, and compelling narratives
- Basic sales and customer service capabilities, such as lead follow-up, relationship management, and handling common objections.
- Comfort with remote work tools and technology, including CRM systems, video conferencing platforms, and collaborative software.
- Ability to organize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate documentation for outreach and client interactions.
- Interest in pedagogy and health technology, with a willingness to learn product details and industry trends.
