We are seeking a Sales Specialist who will be responsible for driving revenue growth across one of our LOB solutions (Lending, Structured Products, CRE) across three critical fronts: (1) in collaboration and coordination with Sales Relationship Managers, expanding relationships within our existing customer base through cross-sell opportunities: (2) winning new business from key whitespace accounts (both strategic and non-strategic); and (3) serve as a subject matter expert (both product features/benefits and LOB insights) partnering with Sales Relationship Managers, Product, and Marketing to identify opportunities through outbound activity, deliver compelling solution narratives and closing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue Growth
- Own revenue targets for assigned territories/accounts for one of our LOB solutions (Lending, Structured Products, CRE)
- Client Engagement
- Participate in sales calls and client meetings as a product expert, articulating solution value, differentiators, and industry use cases to decision makers
- Pipeline Development
- Identify whitespace opportunities within existing accounts and drive outreach strategies to generate new leads and expand solution adoption

Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of B2B and technology-based sales experience in the financial information services/data/credit space.
- Proven consultative sales solution skills, including the ability to articulate a clear, concise return on investment value statement
- A proven track record of overachieving quota
- Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree
Salary:
Base salary starting from $130k plus commission target

Workplace Policy:
Trepp’s offices follow a 3-2 hybrid-working policy with the expectation of in-office work on Tuesday-Thursday and the option to work from home on Monday and Friday.
