About the Role:
As a Sales Strategy Manager supporting CP&ESG, you'll independently execute specialized tasks that enhance the efficiency and quality of our revenue operations. Your expertise will drive the optimization of processes, ensuring our sales teams can deliver outstanding results. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the effectiveness of our revenue operations through meticulous execution and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
• Independently manage and improve comprehensive revenue operations projects.
• Lead the development and optimization of sales compensation plans.
• Implement and refine advanced sales process methodologies.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of sales metrics to identify performance trends.
• Provide expert guidance on sales tools and systems usage.
-Oversee business planning pipeline management and forecasting.
• Oversee data integrity initiatives and ensure compliance.
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on sales strategy execution.
• Evaluate and recommend new sales technologies and tools.
• Support team-wide projects to enhance revenue operations effectiveness.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; or equivalent experience
Experience:
5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles
Demonstrable experience in delivering advanced sales analysis and business intelligence to Sales Leaders
Skill in leading structured pipeline management and forecasting processes, applying leading and lagging indicators to improve accuracy and robustness
Strong communicator with the ability to craft clear, compelling insights and recommendations that influence senior sales leadership.
Adept at building collaborative, productive relationships with senior cross‑functional stakeholders in complex, matrixed environments.
Proven ability to build automated, database‑driven workflows and reduce spreadsheet dependence
Proficient in Salesforce, Power BI and experience working with sales analytics platforms, ensuring strong adoption, accurate data integrity, and effective system utilization.
Focused on driving process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and strengthen sales operating rhythms.
Highly organized, accountable, and willingness to move initiatives forward with precision and clarity.

Compensation:
$107,500.00 - $188,400.00 USDThis role is eligible for Bonus.
Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position. Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
