The Sales Supervisor will support sales operations, coach the team, maintain customer service standards, manage daily store activities, and assist in achieving sales goals.
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Supervisor to support the daily sales floor operations and assist in leading the store team. This role is essential in ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining store standards.
As a Sales Supervisor at VIVAIA, you will work closely with the Store Manager to coach and support the sales team, drive sales performance, and uphold brand standards to create a positive shopping experience.
What You'll Do
- Supervise and support the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Provide coaching, training, and feedback to team members to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Assist in managing daily store operations including merchandising, inventory control, and visual standards.
- Ensure all customers receive a high level of service, including personalized assistance and product recommendations.
- Monitor sales floor activities to maintain store presentation and customer experience.
- Help with cash handling, transaction accuracy, and maintaining security procedures as needed.
- Support Store Manager in implementing promotional activities and operational initiatives.
Requirements
- 2+ years of retail experience, preferably including supervisory or leadership roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Proven ability to motivate and lead a sales team effectively.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive attitude and collaborative team player.
