The Impact You’ll Make:

  • Collaborate with Industry Leaders: Work closely with our award-winning sales, trading, and research professionals, gaining insight into institutional equities and client engagement strategies.

  • Drive Client Engagement: Partner with the sales team to coordinate high-impact client interactions, including non-deal roadshows (NDRs), conferences, company visits, and events.

  • Master Client Marketing: Lead the client marketing process from start to finish—outreach, scheduling, feedback, and reporting—while learning best practices from experienced professionals.

  • Develop Organizational Expertise: Manage dynamic calendars, logistics, and itineraries for client meetings, including travel arrangements and event coordination.

  • Enhance Your Technical Skills: Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables), Word, and PowerPoint while working with institutional CRM systems.

  • Build Your Network: Develop relationships with clients and internal teams across Corporate Access, Conference Services, Trading, Research, and Equity Capital Markets.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; 1–5 years of experience in client service or support functions (finance industry experience helpful).

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to client service.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

  • Advanced PC skills, including Microsoft Office; experience with pivot tables preferred.

  • A proactive, adaptable team player who thrives under pressure and embraces learning.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $55,000 -$65,000 annual salary

  • Compensation and bonus are commensurate with experience, performance and/or firm profitability
