What We’re Looking For
You are driven, self-motivated, want to take ownership, and get things done well. You are passionate about mastering your craft. You are a life-long learner, curious, and not afraid to ask questions and challenge others as you do yourself.
We generally look for the following qualifications:
- A Start-up Mentality: You are pragmatic and focused on delivering value to customers through iteration rather than getting bogged down by process
- Collaboration: Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to refine messaging, improve conversion rates, and drive pipeline efficiency
- Leadership & Ownership: You have a passion for learning and continual improvement, and are comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback to make your work even better
- Pipeline Generation & Management: Professional experience prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing leads to source new sales opportunities, effectively qualifying prospects based on their needs and requirements
- Sales-Driven: Track record of exceeding monthly, quarterly sales targets by driving new opportunities, while exercising sound business judgment, creativity, and resourcefulness to accomplish your goals
- Technology & CRM Proficiency: Experience utilizing tools like Hubspot, Outreach, and ZoomInfo to track engagement and optimize outreach
