About Team & About Role:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Sales Transformation Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving sales performance by coordinating and executing enablement initiatives, managing enablement tools, and leading the logistics of our Selling Skills Program. You will work to ensure our sales organization is equipped with the knowledge, skills, content, and tools needed to succeed.

The Sales Enablement Coordinator will:

  • Selling Skills Program Ownership
    • Lead the end-to-end coordination and execution of the company’s Selling Skills Program.
    • Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to develop, schedule, and facilitate training sessions.
    • Track participation, engagement, and results to continuously improve program effectiveness.
  • Sales Enablement Tools Management
    • Serve as the primary administrator and point of contact for sales enablement platforms (e.g., CMS, LMS, sales content management tools, call recording platforms).
    • Ensure sales teams have easy access to up-to-date resources and tools that support their workflows.
    • Lead instructional trainings on the tools
  • Content & Communication Support
    • Assist in the development and distribution of enablement materials.
    • Coordinate with team members to maintain a centralized library of enablement content to ensure consistency and version control.
    • Communicate program updates, new resources, and best practices across the sales organization.
  • Performance Measurement & Feedback
    • Support the creation of dashboards and reports to share key insights with leadership.
  • Event Support
    • Support the planning of the yearly SKO event. 
    • Assist with organization of the event, including registration, flow and program agenda

Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related field.
    • Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Passion for empowering others through learning and development.
    • Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and influencing without authority.

      Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience facilitating or coordinating sales training programs.
    • Working knowledge of adult learning principles or instructional design.
    • Previous experience in a high-growth or SaaS environment.
The minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are posted below; additionally, the role is eligible for bonus potential, equity and benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the role based on U.S. location. Within the range, the salary offered will be determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US (SF Bay Area, DC Metro, NYC) Pay Range
$100,400$140,000 USD
