The Impact You'll Make

As a Senior Account Executive you will own full-cycle sales for net-new and expansion revenue for mid-market and enterprise logos, evangelizing Suzy’s AI-powered conversational insight solutions to Insights, Marketing, and Innovation leaders. You’ll run the full sales cycle—often <45 days—from first cold outreach through close and hand-off to Customer Success.

What You'll Do

Pipeline Generation: Generate and progress a 5× quota pipeline through targeted prospecting, partner channels, and thought-leadership events.

Discovery & Solutioning: Lead compressed discovery + demo calls, surface business challenges, and map Suzy Speaks and Research Cloud capabilities to measurable outcomes.

Deal Management: Forecast accurately in Salesforce; navigate multi-stakeholder, multi-product deals averaging $100–250 k AOV; leverage MEDDPICC discipline to keep cycles on track.

Deal Closing: Demonstrate objection & negotiation mastery; Articulate the ROI of AI-driven voice insights; handle status-quo, research-budget, or “already have a platform” objections with data and storytelling.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with RevOps on territory planning, with Marketing on ABM plays, and with Product to relay prospect feedback on AI features for continual innovation.

Thought Leadership: Represent Suzy at industry conferences/webinars and contribute to content that positions Suzy as the category leader in conversational research.

What "Great" Looks Like

Customer-First Curiosity: Runs >10 discovery questions per call; uncovers latent needs that expand deal size.

Insight Storytelling: Translates complex AI tech into clear business value; uses real-world use-cases to inspire urgency.

Metric-Driven Discipline: Maintains 4-week rolling forecast within ±5 %; meets weekly activity/KPI targets without sacrificing personalization.

Collaboration & Coachability: Shares winning talk-tracks in Gong; adopts new plays quickly; mentors SDRs and peers.

Resilience & Ownership: Consistently 120 %+ to quota; rebounds from lost deals with data-backed retrospectives.

You'll Thrive Here If You Have

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying SaaS or research-tech sales with enterprise wins (six-figure ACV) and history of 100 %+ attainment.

  • Strong history of successfully selling through deal committees

  • Experience selling to Consumer Insights, Brand, or Marketing stakeholders; familiarity with market-research methodologies a plus.

  • Fluency in articulating AI/ML or analytics value propositions to both technical and non-technical executives.

  • Mastery of modern sales tech (Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and formal qualification frameworks (e.g., MEDDPICC).

  • A consultative, insight-led approach—operating as a strategic advisor, not a vendor.

Benefits

  • We take care of our employees and their families. We have generous health dental and vision benefits, and our 401K plan vests immediately

  • A friendly, fun, and collaborative work environment that allows for frequent exposure to executives

  • The opportunity to make an immediate impact as a part of a fast-growing company

  • The target base compensation for this role is $110,000 - $130,000.

Suzy is an equal opportunity employer. We are a welcoming place for everyone, and we do our best to ensure all people feel supported and connected at work.

Suzy is committed to protecting its customers, employees, partners, and the company as a whole, from damaging acts that are intentional or unintentional. Effective security is a team effort involving the participation and support of every user who interacts with company information/data and systems. It is the responsibility of each individual to help protect company information assets.
