Quovo is looking for a smart, eager account manager to own our client relationships with some of the biggest names in Fintech. You are highly organized with superb interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build relationships. You’ll need to be curious and inventive as you take a hands-on approach to understanding our clients’ businesses, strategic goals and how they define success with Quovo’s solutions.
Responsibilities
- Be the primary point of contact and provide excellent service to both business and product stakeholders at client organizations
- Develop renewal strategies and proactively identify and take measures to ensure clients are prepared to renew their contracts
- Track utilization, uncover roadblocks and fix them by working with the client and/or internal teams as needed
- Monitor issue resolution times, flag priorities to ensure they get necessary attention, and jump in to resolve problems directly as needed
- Solicit feedback for upcoming product releases and advocate for client needs in internal product roadmap conversations
- Understand current client needs and future plans in order to identify upsell opportunities
- Monitor competitors and potential partner vendors already engaged with client
Requirements
- Degree from a top tier university or college preferred.
- 2-3 years experience in account management, business development or a related field. Ideally in fintech, SaaS or other startup environment.
- Able to understand new technologies and complex concepts quickly.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels.
