Account Manager

Work with the biggest US and global brands with top people from the ad tech industry. As an Account Manager you will play a substantial role in building the RTB House brand in North America. Your mission will be to take ownership of your client's campaigns and build strong relationships with them by optimizing the performance of their campaigns.
What you will do:
- manage accounts of existing top clients;
- run regular face to face meetings with clients to ensure premium customer service;
- execute customer communications – personal and via telephone or email, in line with standards and processes;
- respond to customer requests and inquiries in a professional and timely manner;
- provide specific information regarding company’s services and products;
- assist customers in the process of launching ad campaigns;
- develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge;
- provide reports.
Requirements:
- experience (2-4 years) in managing and optimizing online advertising campaigns for clients;
- proficiency at developing and maintaining successful client relationships;
- preferably experience working for another retargeter or agency (tech area);
- bachelor’s degree;
- working experience of MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
- knowledge of web analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe, etc);
- ability to identify and understand customer needs and requirements;
- excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
