Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Your Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Assist customers with their ticket submission
- Communicate professionally with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and text
- Collaborate with other operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Ability to close leads via email and text and calls
- No prospecting, marketing or cold-calling required (100% inside sales)
- Motivated by reaching and exceeding sales goals and solving customer problems
- Energetic, proactive, intelligent and adaptive to new technologies
- Proven sales outperformance from prior positions
- A bachelor’s degree preferred and at least 1+ year of work experience
- Strong communication skills and an enthusiasm for speaking with customers over the phone; past call center experience a plus
- A sales mindset: you’re motivated by the opportunity to connect prospective customers to a product that meets their needs
