What You Will Do

  • Direct and oversee the Account Management team.
  • Implement short and long-term strategies for client retention and growth while ensuring that the account management team delivers quality service to our partner brands.
  • Personally responsible for managing the relationship and driving growth for several key merchant partners.
  • Working along side the technical project manager and the merchant partner support lead to drive success for the Merchant Operations team as a whole.
  • Develop long term strategies including a first in class on-boarding and retention program for QuadPay's rapidly growing merchant base.
  • Working closely with sales and tech teams to evaluate, iterate and improve existing systems and processes.
  • Understand and develop analytics and dashboards to improve decision making.

What You Should Have

  • 8+ years of Account Management, Customer Success, Partnerships, Operations.
  • Experience managing a high performing team.
  • BA degree.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Great mix of relationship management and analytical ability.
  • Ability to work with tech leads to resolve merchant related issues, interpret and communicate them back to key external stakeholders.
  • High standards when it comes to pixel-perfect design layouts in mobile and desktop web environments.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and can think on your feet.
  • An aptitude for e-commerce technologies.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a bonus.

Bonus

  • Understanding Payments or the buy-now Pay later space.

Our office is located in the beautiful Flatiron neighborhood of New York City and is half a block from Madison Square Park!
