As Director of Investment Sales, you will help rapidly grow the real estate pipeline and our portfolio of profitable Domio properties. Domio currently controls hundreds of properties across the U.S. in major markets, with plans to expand into more gateway cities.

At Domio You Will:

• Generating leads and setting up meetings through consistent phone prospecting, networking, and research
• Develop thorough understanding of the market, real estate fundamentals
• Compiling a database of property owners: who's buying / selling, investor information, insights, and buying criteria
• Creating property setups, helping to coordinate the marketing process and initiatives
• Performing property evaluations and inspections, and compiling due diligence packets
• Negotiating existing deals
• Researching comparable sales statistics and data on current market conditions and trends

Who You Are:

• Minimum of either 4 years commercial property sales brokerage experience or proven track record of closed sale transactions required
• Detail oriented, self-starter, well organized, and able to handle multiple projects
• Ability to do consistent phone canvassing
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment both independently and on the team
• Excellent communication & listening skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Aptitude and/or interest in learning CRM software and sales tools, which may include Sage ACT! and Salesforce
• NYS Real Estate Salesperson License preferred
