Job Description

Our Solutions Architect team within Professional Services delivers high-value services, assisting with partner enablement and support, architecture design, assessment, optimization, and definition. The Director of Solution Architects requires a combination of skills, including managing an agile and high caliber team, channel go-to-market strategy, communications, data analytics, and systems integration experience. Sales, implementation experience, and technical acumen allowed them to empower our partners and customers with creative solutions and advocate Hyperscience offerings within the market and our business. For direct customers, Solutions Architecture professionals translate customer integration requirements into solutions that will create value for Hyperscience, our customers, and partners utilizing the expansive capabilities of the platform.


This is a full-time position located in the US reporting to the VP of Professional Services.

Responsibilities

  • Mentor and manage a growing, global, high-performing team.
  • Be a great leader to your team. Guide and support their efforts and help them improve. Be a good listener and motivator. Identify where you can help them grow and develop. 
  • Provide world-class experience by delivering satisfaction to every case and project for every customer and channel partner.
  • Take end-to-end ownership of the team and partner with other teams to collaborate on projects across the company. 
  • Build relationships with partners, understand their capabilities and their approach to services.
  • Understanding customer needs and business imperatives is critical for the success of this position.
  • Facilitate training and enablement activities, including documentation, training sessions, and more for our very robust partnership ecosystem.
  • Support, own, and troubleshoot any issues through cross-functional collaboration and delegation.
  • Create, document, and implement world-class partner enablement and training.
  • Nurture a team that provides technical SME support in reviewing large transformational/complex technical solutions/data models in compliance with requirements, the solution’s efficiency, or implementation.
  • Be accountable for measuring the effectiveness of the training, the delivery and certification, and the quality of the SA's to deliver on a global scale.
  • Demonstrate a real understanding of GSI and BPO partners and how they deliver solutions in general to the market.
  • Create re-usable best-of-class assets and give innovative solutions to our partners and clients.
  • Articulate Hyperscience’s framework and engagement approach around our Cloud and modernization offerings from a technical and business perspective.
  • Create reusable artifacts from technology, product, domain, and infrastructure as applicable from past solutions.
  • Reports directly to our VP of Global Professional Services with dotted-line responsibilities to our Head of Global Channels.
  • Requires up to 50% travel to client sites across multiple geographies (US, EMEA, CAN, LATAM).

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience guiding architectural decisions and delivering platform implementation for enterprise applications.
  • Very high business acumen.
  • An inspirational leader who motivates the team, leading from the front.
  • Experience building and managing a high-performing team growing their skills, and clearing roadblocks .
  • A natural ability to balance multiple projects and work within a high-growth and constantly evolving environment.
  • Proven ability to consult clients: designing specifications, prototyping, managing POCs, etc.
  • You have collaborated with engineers to select appropriate design solutions or ensure the compatibility of system components.
  • You coordinate with onshore and offshore teams to convey requirements, clarify designs, and verify deliverables.
  • You thrive with business and other process stakeholders on functional requirements gathering.
  • You prepare functional requirements documents for system or configuration changes.
  • Experience in cognitive automation or BPM solutions is a plus.
