Enterprise Account Executive Role

We're seeking a motivated individual to join our company as an Enterprise Account Executive. This role is for our core business and involves big-ticket B2B projects in the North American multifamily real estate sector that require a highly relational and consultative sales approach. We need a candidate who is able to hit the ground running, so experience in multifamily real estate is highly preferred, and the ideal candidate will already have a firm understanding of real estate economics and decision-making processes, plus existing real estate relationships/network.

A successful candidate will demonstrate the character, demeanor and sophistication to handle high profile clients, and also be able to showcase attention to detail, organization and business processes. This is a position for a self-starter who has the drive to prospect leads, the acumen to build relationships, the discipline to manage 40+ opportunities at any point in time, and the tenacity to close deals. We are seeking a hard-worker who has a proven history of closing deals as you will be expected to successfully deliver against ambitious sales targets. We also value a background or interest in design, architecture, graphics or similar skills, as a key part of our sales process is collaborating with clients on unit layouts and optimization of space.

Detail on the role:

  • Prospect and take qualified leads through a high-touch opportunity-to-close process
  • Confidently, professionally and persuasively pitch prospects using polished sales collateral and roadmap
  • Rapidly expand a network of contacts and prospective clients
  • Quickly learn proprietary digital design tools to create customized presentations for opportunities
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of sales collateral and processes
  • Understand and deliver against KPIs/OKRs
  • Embrace and be able to utilize a broad range of digital marketing tools

Qualifications:

  • 2-5+ years demonstrated achievement in sales, development, or other roles in or related to multifamily real estate
  • BA/BS in relevant field
  • Proficiency (or better, mastery) of a CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot, Pipedrive, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
