This is a role like no other, at an especially exciting moment in Pinterest’s history. Our business is strong, our user base continues to grow, and we believe the impact of this newly created role, Global Head of Sales Solutions, can fuel our sales efforts to grow in unprecedented ways.

You will lead a cross-disciplinary team of 150+ responsible for driving scale for our sellers and our advertising business. This role will serve as the leader of our go-to-market operations, bringing together several teams alongside our Global Sales team to show up to our clients in a cohesive, breakthrough way. 

This is a full-time position that will be managing globally distributed teams with some travel and can be based in multiple locations.

What you’ll do

  • Oversee all the Global Sales Solutions teams, including Agency & Ad Partners, Creative Strategy, Media Strategy & Solutions, Partner Measurement, and Sales Enablement and Customer Success functions
  • Establish an overall support strategy and team priorities to tighten our processes with our sales team and help scale the collective impact of our Global Sales Solutions function; some examples of these processes include how we onboard and train new sellers, how we drive new product launches to execution and how sellers leverage the Global Sales Solutions teams to grow new and existing clients
  • Identify any current gaps in our go-to-market approach, and operationalize solutions and key metrics to evaluate the success of those programs
  • Serve as an expert and key consultant on go-to-market operations to Sales leadership and key cross-functional leaders across B2B Marketing, Sales Content, Insights, PMM, and Product
  • Lead complex internal and external stakeholder management. Able to influence both their own and other cross-functional / cross-regional teams within and outside Pinterest to drive collaboration and strategic outcomes for business
  • Continue to grow the Global Sales Solutions team by helping to manage and prioritize new demands, attracting and retaining strong talent, and developing strong cross-functional relationships across the team

What we are looking for

  • 15+ years of leadership experience within a sales operations or support capacity leading comparably sized teams
  • 5+ years of strong operational experience and success in defining and scaling service delivery framework or models providing outsized impact for a varied set of customer needs
  • Prior success improving customer satisfaction through an effective service model that serves the needs for 100% of customers, including large and small businesses
  • Prior experience working in go-to-market customer operations and/or customer success
  • Prior experience with delivering technical solutions in high growth environments
  • Prior experience working with sales teams and solutions selling methodology across different products and sales channels
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
