WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

With a rapidly growing growing business, industry and platform, we are looking for someone to report to the VP of Global Operations to operationally support the Global Sales Team

We are looking for someone who can listen intently to the needs of the business, support employee onboarding training, develop and execute processes and best practices to ensure effective upselling, as well as consistency in team’s product knowledge and expertise.

This person will have deep knowledge of our platform and our culture and have the ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally. Working very closely with global sales leadership, they will also need to have a deep understanding of TTDs company goals and how they can be influenced.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Sales Operations

  • Lead distribution review
  • Monitoring, reporting and tracking incentive plans (SPIFFS)
  • Tracking sales referrals
  • Enforcing Salesfoce usage and training globally
  • Salesforce (SF experience required)
  • Salesforce admin assistance -Making sure sales people remain accountable, pulling reports, distilling insights, communicating with global sales leads
  • Assisting the coordination of key global accounts
  • Maintenance of the sales negotiation grids
  • Become strategic partner to sales teams
  • Assist with agendas and coordination for internal sales team meetings

Data and insights

  • Surface business insights
  • Generate, analyse and communicate sales data and market insight to help global sales leadership inform and develop strategy
  • Help maintain delegation of authority
  • Portfolio performance reporting

Sales training

  • Standardizing and maintaining onboarding process for new sales people
  • Setting and monitoring training standards for global sales
  • Setting training schedules in line with product releases

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • 6+ years of working experience, programmatic experience a plus
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Salesforce administration and willingness to learn more
  • Intermediate MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and basic financial modeling skills
  • Strong attention to detail and technical savvy
  • Effective time management skills; ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Must be a good communicator and outgoing with the ability to work with various internal teams
