As an On-Premise Sales Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to develop and scale the fastest growing non-alcoholic beverage retailer in the world. You should bring a passion for beverage (and food), along with leadership experience in fine dining, or classic retail beverage expertise.

The On-Premise Sales Manager manages all facets of Boisson's on-premise business for their market by growing the entire Boisson portfolio (NA spirits, NA wine, NA beer).

What You'll Do:

  • Manage and drive the agenda for the sales team of your market in line with full year and monthly goals
  • Collaborate with sales team to sell and grow Boisson brand
  • Work to onboard new key brands into the Boisson wholesale portfolio
  • Work with sales team and supplier representatives in the field to determine the brand’s health
  • Analyze data and insights to increase sales, grow customer business, and better achieve objectives
  • Build a pipeline of selling opportunities to drive incremental sales above base business
  • Regularly and consistently pre-plan account visits with an agenda, service purpose, and selling opportunities
  • Secure new back bar and menu placements and increase brand presence in key influential accounts
  • Strict adherence to budgets and future forecasting of budget dollars
  • Create relationships with and nurture on-premise accounts
  • Sell in new items, expanding distribution and programming current items, and managing at risk SKUs
  • Create, develop and implement on-premise brand promotions
  • Monthly review of brand inventory
  • Identify business growth opportunities and deliver solutions benefiting both the account and Boisson

What You'll Need:

  • Previous experience managing a full cycle sales process
  • Experience in a commission based environment
  • Industry experience in Bev & Alc
  • Able to read, write, and make simple calculations in English
  • Valid state driver's license
  • Travel required
