As a Sales Account Executive at Slice, you'll be joining a collaborative group that has a passion for helping local, mom and pop pizzerias succeed. The Restaurant Partnerships team sells Slice's services and has a fun time doing it! The best part is that no sales experience is required but through training, your potential and commission opportunities are uncapped!

What you’ll do:

  • Sell Slice’s services to local pizza shops nationwide.
  • Be the “face” of Slice through the phone. You’re the first impression to a new restaurant!
  • Work closely with the Account Management team to ensure our restaurants are set up for success.
  • Become a Slice expert, adopt product recommendations quickly to suit potential customer’s needs. Asking probing questions and objection handling will be critical to your success.
  • Work closely with the Restaurant Leadership team to plan and execute on strategic initiatives and test programs.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals
  • Provide product feedback and new recommendations based on conversation and requests from restaurants.
  • Contribute a “play to win” mentality to the team, and come in everyday with a positive mental attitude.

 What we’re looking for:

  • You’re eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced exciting startup environment.
  • You’re easily coachable and welcome feedback for continuous self-improvement.
  • You’re an excellent listener, assertive, persistent and persuasive.
  • You are adaptable and can think on your feet. Failure isn’t an option for you.
  • You’ve always thought that sales is something you would be good at and wanted to try. In this position you will be selling all day, every day.
  • You're excited by the opportunity to jump on the phone and cold call restaurants.

Must-haves:

  • 0-2 years of sales experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to move quickly and adjust with all the nuances of a startup culture
  • Self-starter and self-motivator. You can operate at 100% without direct instruction after training.
  • Proficient in Google Docs and Excel
  • Stellar time management skills with the ability to recognize and focus on high priority tasks
