The Role:

Reporting to the VP of B2B Marketing, the Sales Development Director will drive revenue for the company on the front lines of net new business. In this newly created role, you will partner with Revenue leadership, SME/Enterprise Sales, Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Revenue Operations to make a direct impact on the strategic vision for sales development at DailyPay. 

How you will make an impact:

  • Lead a team of 2 hard-working SDR Managers and their reps by extension
  • Become a DailyPay product maven and perfect your DailyPay presentation skills 
  • Work with marketing leadership to develop and implement lead generation strategies to schedule targeted number of appointments for sales team
  • Apply financial & analytical tools to communicate value to partner organizations
  • Consistently drive revenue production by driving sales development strategy
  • Develop a gold standard culture that fosters career growth and builds our sales organization with A players
  • Lead organizational and strategic change in a hyper growth context
  • Optimize call scripts, email pitches, and other outreach to improve leads generated
  • Develop meaningful metrics and reports to measure productivity and quota attainment
  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement tools to achieve and exceed goals

What you bring to the team:

  • Proven and quantifiable experience in B2B sales development
  • Referenceable achievements in team management leading SDR/BDR teams
  • Shown success at meeting and exceeding quotas
  • Proven experience in HR Product or Service sales, enterprise sales or SaaS sales 
  • High level of business acuity 
  • Passion for enabling our partners and our company to reach new levels of success
  • Highly analytical, data driven and detail oriented
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Unwavering and high ethical bar
  • Experience with a CRM and email automation tools are required (HubSpot/Salesforce and Apollo)
