Sales Development Representative

ELM is looking for a New York-based sales development representative (SDR) to generate qualified enterprise opportunities for the sales team.
ELM offers a direct career path to enterprise account executive (EAE) for high-performing SDRs.

Responsibilities:
Build a pipeline of leads through emails, calls, etc.
Identify and qualify high value leads
Set qualified appointments for EAEs
Maintain lead and opportunity information in Salesforce
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
Excellent verbal and written communication
Exceptional emotional intelligence and personal confidence demonstrated
Demonstrated capability to learn, coupled with self-initiative
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
