The Role

NS1 is looking for an experienced Sales Enablement Manager who has a successful track record of planning, developing, and executing programs focused on supporting a go-to-market strategy at high growth organizations. This role will be involved in all aspects of sales enablement, research training, onboarding, performance analysis, and ongoing improvement for both NS1 sales team members and external channel partners. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is self-motivated and equal parts technical + creative.

Your Skills:

  • Identify needs within the sales organization and design training content to improve and influence results
  • Conduct an analysis of current skills, processes, knowledge and work with the sales leadership team to identify strengths and areas for development
  • Align training with company and department goals
  • Leverage data and insights to design training programs
  • Ensure cross-collaboration and program results are shared internally and properly addressed
  • Effectively select an enablement platform and design content to increase our internal and external (partners) stakeholders’ level of knowledge, competence and confidence in serving our customers and the business
  • Development, execution and measurement of a sales onboarding programs, through role-specific’ online training paths, in-person instruction and virtual classrooms
  • Develop and maintain strategic and effective reporting systems for sales personnel & management to drive accountability, engagement, identify enablement needs, and measure program success
  • Create and manage various projects and initiatives that will assist in the development of a winning go-to-market strategy 
  • Manage and optimize sales onboarding to improve sales productivity and reduce new hire ramp-up time
  • Create educational materials for new product launches, ongoing feature development and process changes
  • Contribute to analysis of the current state of sales productivity in conjunction with Sales Operations

Nice to have:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years relevant experience in a B2B environment
  • Deep experience with multiple enablement platforms, LMS and the design of those
  • Startup experience a plus
  • Ability to travel 25% - 50% of the time
  • A strong track record of innovation, scalable sales knowledge acceleration and comprehension for sales teams
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while communicating effectively
  • Passion for process optimization, content strategy, and playbook creation
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously
  • Proven project management and time management skills ensuring programs are developed are relevant and aligned with sales and business needs and objectives
  • Effective collaborator acting as a liaison between Sales Operations and many internal stakeholders in order to obtain and disseminate knowledge
