At Celonis, we believe that every company can unlock their full execution capacity - and for that we need you as a Sales Enablement Manager.
You
- Collaborate with the Field Enablement team, especially Sales Enablement roles
- Leading BDR onboarding and development in North America and EMEA
- Work with the Sales/BDR Program Manager to create, update and delivering content while tracking success and KPIs in an organized and systematic approach
- Own and deliver a structured onboarding program for the first 30-60-90-days for BDRs including analyzing and tracking success through qualitative and quantitative metrics and certification
- With BDR Managers:
- Help BDRs to hit their ramping target goals
- Identify and address skills gaps with targeted training as required
- And fully ramp to productivity in 90 Days
- Support the creation of LMS enablement courses for BDRs
- Support the development and delivery of ongoing enablement activities for the Business Development team for key updates, changes, and methodologies including product launches, updated pitches & objection handling, qualification resources and operational excellence
- Collaborate with the VP and managers of the Business Development organization to understand gaps & challenges and develop a mutual plan to implement corrective measures that will generate positive, measurable results for the business
- Work with Sales Program Manager and Inside Sales leadership to develop an enablement program to support BDRs being promoted to Inside Sales
- Report on program performance
- Contribute to the Field Enablement team projects as required
