We are growing rapidly and looking for a talented Sales Manager to lead our sales team. You’ll report to the VP of Sales and help us as we continue to scale our sales efforts.
What you’ll do:
- Oversee activities and performance of account executives
- Develop the sales team through motivation, coaching, and collaboration
- Meet planned sales goals
- Understand our ideal customer profile and how our product offers value
- Analyze data and make recommendations to address performance gaps
- Recruit, onboard, and train new sales reps
- Set the tone for the team by working in accordance to Mulberry values
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years of experience managing a sales team
- Proven ability to lead a team to hit quotas
- Results oriented with strong data and analytical skills
- Excellent leadership skills
- Experience planning and implementing sales strategies
