We are growing rapidly and looking for a talented Sales Manager to lead our sales team. You’ll report to the VP of Sales and help us as we continue to scale our sales efforts.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee activities and performance of account executives
• Develop the sales team through motivation, coaching, and collaboration
• Meet planned sales goals
• Understand our ideal customer profile and how our product offers value
• Analyze data and make recommendations to address performance gaps
• Recruit, onboard, and train new sales reps
• Set the tone for the team by working in accordance to Mulberry values

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years of experience managing a sales team
• Proven ability to lead a team to hit quotas
• Results oriented with strong data and analytical skills
• Excellent leadership skills
• Experience planning and implementing sales strategies
