As a NS1 Sales Operations Administrator, you will serve as technical operations resource for Salesforce and other integrated systems. You will use business process understanding and appreciation for detail and quality to craft holistic solutions that meet business and technology objectives. 

This role is critical to the success of the revenue operations function and will work across the organization as we accelerate our go-to-market capabilities.

You will:

  • Maintain and improve the company’s Salesforce instance (100+ users) as well other tools within the sales stack
  • Closely coordinate with external consultants as those relate to the implementation and ongoing improvement of Salesforce CPQ 
  • Implement and integrate third party products and play a role in quality assurance prior to internal releases
  • Research and advise on best practices for Salesforce solutions, including update cadences, data hygiene and effective reporting across the organization
  • Audit, uncover and resolve data integrity issues
  • Collaborate with internal business stakeholders to develop and document requirements for various initiatives as well as build implementation plans
  • Provide training and support to end users as needed
  • Assist Revenue Operations team with special projects

Ideally, you’ll bring:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Salesforce Administrator certification
  • Experience with installation and configuration of AppExchange packages and CPQ 
  • Detail-oriented with strong prioritization skills
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and coordination skills
  • Understanding of GTM functions 
  • Must have a valid U.S. work authorization to apply
