Why we need you:

You'll be responsible for building and improving the tools necessary for the sales team to reach and convert more public K12 districts into Schoology customers. You'll report to our Director of Sales Operations and partner closely with sales leadership to help scale the sales infrastructure.

As the Sales Operations Associate, you will

  • Support core sales operations including sales metrics reporting, quota setting and management, sales process optimization, sales training, sales enablement implementation, sales compensation design and administration
  • Create, maintain, and present documentation including training materials, rules of engagement, and process maps to ensure adherence to internal policies
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of Salesforce.com platform and serve as a Salesforce admin to clean up data and suggest process improvements
  • Create and manage internal metrics and dashboards
  • Contribute to ad hoc analytical deep-dives to explain business performance, identify issues, and uncover levers for improvement

In order to succeed in this position, you will have:

  • Excellent Google sheets, docs and slides skills
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce.com
  • Ability to think critically and strategically
  • Strong project management skills
