Slice is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to take on the challenge of guiding and developing our use of Salesforce to support our growing Restaurant Partnerships team. You’ll leverage data to develop and implement our sales and restaurant growth strategies and work on a variety of projects aimed at optimizing our use of Salesforce including pipeline management, performance tracking, and reporting. This role requires a knowledge of sales processes, and experience supporting those processes in a Salesforce environment. Reporting to the VP of Restaurant Growth, you will provide primary support and guidance to Restaurant Partnerships and Partner Success teams, including members of the executive team.

What you'll do:

  • Oversee our restaurant data, processes, and workflows
  • Partner with the sales organization to optimize our sales and partner management processes
  • Leverage Salesforce data to identify areas of opportunity
  • Update, maintain, and customize Slice’s Salesforce Org and infrastructure to scale
  • Optimize systems workflows to increase productivity and efficiencies across teams
  • Build dashboards and reporting for operations and executive teams to monitor KPI's and ad hoc reporting support upon request
  • Partner with the sales organization to optimize our sales processes through Salesforce insights
  • Comfort working with product, technology, and business stakeholders to make ideas turn into reality.
  • Manage all Salesforce support requests and administrative needs of our internal users
  • Own all Salesforce administrative responsibilities
  • Maintain system documentation and SFDC policies and procedures
  • Continuously maintain and enhance performance and efficiency of Salesforce environments by conducting analyses, monitoring, identifying issues, propose resolutions, and executing them.
  • Integrate with teams to find opportunities for workflow and tool improvement

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years experience creating and optimizing operational systems and processes
  • 5+ Years salesforce experience
  • A comfort and passion for critically analyzing large quantities of data and distilling them into actionable insights to drive business results
  • Effective analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter, proactive, professional, positive attitude
  • Detail oriented with excellent organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to analyze and leverage data to make decisions
  • Experience developing measuring systems for business processes and reporting tools is a must.
  • Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy across a cross-functional organization spread over three countries.
  • Ability to clearly articulate and defend analytical findings
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SQL.
