What You Will Do:

• Build and implement sales processes to maximize sales productivity and operational efficiency
• Create and own sales performance metrics and reporting tools to ensure access to timely, accurate and actionable data
• Implement, integrate, and manage/act as Administrator of software tools that facilitate sales, account management, business development, and marketing activities (Salesloft, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, etc.)
• Provide operational support for sales teams by establishing and tracking KPIs and evaluating performance against targets

What You Should Have:

• 3+ years of Sales/Revenue Operations experience, with a minimum of 2 years architecting, implementing and supporting complex Salesforce integrations (process builder, custom field and object creation, advanced report building, complex formula writing)
• Familiarity with Sales and Marketing enablement tools (i.e.SalesLoft, Sales Navigator, Pardot, Zoom Info, etc.)
• Prior experience working in a high-growth technology environment 
• Proven ability to break down ambiguous problems into concrete, manageable components and think through optimal solutions
• Salesforce Administrator, Developer and/or Architect certifications a plus
