Sr Principal Account Executive, Strategic Accounts - Experienced DMP Solution Sales

Sr Prin AE, Strategic Accounts is a seasoned Strategic Solutions Sales/Hunter with experience in enterprise-wide solution selling (vs. transactional) who needs to have experience in the digital advertising technology space. They will be selling an application of consumer data and analytics that deliver compelling value propositions at various levels of the organizations all the way up to the CMO, CIO and CRO organizations of Fortune 1000 enterprises. Rolodex in the Retail, Hospitality, Hotel and/or Air Travel clients.
Responsibilities: Helping the CMO office measure and optimize advertising spend in today's Omni-channel marketing ecosystem i.e, consumer data, predictive analytics, media intelligence that enables marketers to drive traffic, convert online and offline transactions, build loyalty, and measure effectiveness. Defining and delivering solutions for Marketers that help mitigate risk and reduce the operational expenses associated with new account creation, and customer identification/authentication.


 Working in conjunction with product, analytics and operations divisions to help identify, architect, negotiate, and close large scale information and analytics solution agreements with large enterprise clients with Retail, Hospitality, Hotel and/or Air Travel Clients
 Positioning and maintaining Neustar as a true thought leader in the information services and data analytics category – recognized and sought after by large enterprise consumer facing businesses
 Understanding data modeling, information analytics, and the full Neustar Information Services product line with the ability to discuss, present, and apply in the form of high value solutions to complex client business problems
 Experience in Interactive Marketing, Mobile Marketing, Display Advertising, Website Personalization, Call Center Optimization
 Working closely with highly technical client and Neustar personnel yet able to deliver solution proposals client management in terms which directly address business needs and elicit action
 Sell comfortably in a team-sell format to C-level executives of large corporations (up to C Level i.e, SVPs, VPs, Director levels’ across marketing, CRM, Analytics Teams, and Media and Advertising.
 Understand and communicate the “big picture” of advanced segmentation, scoring, analytics platform and data solutions.
Qualifications/Education Requirement:
 Proven track record as a senior business development executive with thorough knowledge of information services and data analytics and track record selling complex multi-year solutions to large enterprise clients
 12+ years of professional direct and indirect channels experience in highly technical complex change-mode selling environments
 Demonstrated track record working across a complex client environment to sell multiple solutions to multiple buyers delivering multiple value propositions
 Hands-on experience developing and leading multi-level strategic customer relationships driven by successful delivery of high value solutions which have yielded tangible business results (increased revenue, new market penetration, & increased marketshare)
 Proven ability to identify, open, navigate and close solution sales in excess of $1 million within the Retail, Hospitality, Hotel and/or Air Travel vertical markets
 Demonstrated track record of consistently surpassing quota, new business and overall revenue and/or profitability goals
 Fluent in negotiating detailed and complex multi-year contracts with Fortune 500 and multi-billion $ companies
 Wired by default to be in front of customers positioning Neustar solutions to create new business opportunity for clients as well as addressing strategic initiatives with client management teams
 Intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, high energy, deliberate delivery, and focused on winning, client success, and high growth
 Ability to inject positive energy internally & externally while adapting to a market and company in transition
 Ability to champion new ideas, initiate change and drive innovation
 Ability to unite and motivate internal teams for effective solutions development and delivery
 Excellent communication skills to articulate expectations, needs and direction to management, peers, partners and on a 1:1 basis
