As an Honest Buildings Strategic Account Executive, you will report to the CRO and be responsible for a sales quota and strategic account objectives for a named list of strategically important prospects and customers. Our New York City headquarters grants us unique access to many of the world’s leading CRE and technology minds. We are ready to take that expertise to global markets to build on Honest Buildings’ reputation as the only project management platform for real estate owners.

We are looking for a top performer that has a proven track record of exceeding quota in an Enterprise SaaS sales environment. The ideal candidate will be be polished, well-spoken and an expert at aligning customer needs to Honest Building’s solution while navigating and maintaining relationships within complex organizations. You’ll lead the account planning cycle and ensure assigned accounts’ needs and expectations are met by Honest Buildings to grow your accounts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver quarterly and yearly revenue targets within a named list of target accounts
  • Use an Account Based Marketing approach to prospect into and nurture your list of target accounts; Strategically work with BDRs and Marketing to ensure a ABM approach
  • Present products to prospective clients with involvement from Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, and leadership resources
  • Establish brand recognition within strategic accounts and nurture relationships if prospect is not in a buying cycle
  • Proactively lead a joint department-strategic account planning process
  • Manage 5-10 in-flight opportunities at any given time with a value of > $150k ARR
  • Demonstrate a consistent approach to sales outreach, follow up and closing business
  • Accurately manage activities, pipeline and forecast within CRM system (Salesforce.com)
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of Honest Buildings solutions and connect that knowledge directly to customer ROI

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years in SaaS sales, with 2+ years in Enterprise SaaS sales
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota within a list of named accounts
  • Experience with managing a set list of 10 - 30 target accounts
  • Proven track record of managing pipeline of six figure deal and successfully closing them
  • Experience aligning strategic customer objectives to product to close new business and upsells
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
  • Highly competitive and extremely organized
  • A business acumen
  • Enthusiastic and passionate
  • 4 year college degree
  • Demonstrated history of being a self starter
  • Knowledge of CRM software (eg. Salesforce)
