What you will do

  • Understand the entire end-to-end sales process, introducing tooling and implementing processes that remove points of friction and streamline the restaurant acquisition workflow, increasing sales productivity.
  • Support the Sales System and Compliance Lead to act as the voice of the market to inform Global and Regional Programs.
  • Sit at the intersection between Global Systems, Sales, Operations and IT Engineering, translating US/C strategies and needs into Salesforce and/or process improvements.
  • Build Salesforce.com sales reporting and dashboards that serve as the foundation for regular business reviews that will lead to improvement.
  • Bring the voices of both the Enterprise and SMB sales team into our central Strategic Ops team and other organizations, offering insight on how to optimize our sales workflow.
  • Collaborate and closely partner with Sales, Territories, Merchant Operations, Strategy & Planning, Community Operations, Finance, Business Systems, Product, Legal/Compliance to ensure successful initiatives.


What you will need

  • At least 4 years working in a similar role (Sales Operations, Program Management, Business Analyst, Technology Consulting), driving decisions and processes across different internal groups.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce.com (SFDC).
  • Emphasis on process standardization using strong documentation and diagramming skills.
  • Experience with Sales GTM - acquisition, account management, and support processes, systems (e.g., CRM, reporting), and datasets.
  • Effective, clear, and concise communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Experience driving cross-functional projects end-to-end.
  • Exemplary problem-solving experience and best practice application.

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $98,000 per year - $109,000 per year. You will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
