The Role
The Strategic Partnerships Manager is responsible for cultivating new partnerships on both a local and national level. Located in either Austin, TX or New York City and reporting to the Head of Business Development, you will engage with a diverse set of constituents in the real estate ecosystem - including homebuilders, real estate agents, and property investment companies - to deliver innovative business partnerships that help Perch serve homebuyers and sellers more effectively. The ideal candidate for this role knows how to combine ideation, strategy and execution to create entirely new partnership channels. A true entrepreneur, this person is excited about carrying partnerships from wacky idea through execution and scaling.

Key responsibilities
- Spearhead end-to-end programs, including strategy development, piloting, execution, measurement, and advocacy
- Work across markets and collaborate with local leaders to drive adoption and results
- Partner closely with Sales and Operations to develop and execute programs to increase lead generation and current partner performance
- Educate ecosystem partners on Perch value proposition and how to use Perch to drive sales volume and client satisfaction
- Be a champion for Perch throughout the housing industry!
Experience
- 4+ years in sales, business / corporate development, or management consulting
- Track record of success in quota driven roles
- Experience managing complex, long-term partner initiatives
- Prior employment at early/growth stage company strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree
Personal characteristics and bonus experience
- General experience in residential or investment real estate
