We're seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize our Go-to-Market systems. Reporting to the Head of Business Technology, you'll partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, and Accounting teams to enhance system functionality, drive automation, and support Benchling's growth. This role requires deep CPQ expertise, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and an interest in integration technologies like Workato and AI-powered automation.
RESPONSIBILITIESConfigure and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ, including product catalogs, pricing rules, and approval workflows
Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, Accounting, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
Manage user access, profiles, permission sets, and security controls
Build and maintain system integrations using Workato or similar platforms
Perform system audits, data audits, and error log checks; troubleshoot and resolve issues
Document workflows, business requirements, technical specifications, and standard operating procedures
Establish and maintain best practices for system configuration, data management, and governance
8+ years hands-on Salesforce administration experience with Sales Cloud
4+ years deep Salesforce CPQ expertise (products, pricing, quotes, contracts)
Experience with CLM solutions for document generation (Conga preferred)
Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash business processes and integration platforms (Workato preferred)
Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions with excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
Experience with change management across sandbox and production environments
Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, or related field
We offer a flexible hybrid work arrangement that prioritizes in-office collaboration. Employees are expected to be on-site 3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday).
