Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to support a large-scale enterprise Salesforce initiative for a global technology organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, experience working with Salesforce platforms, and the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Translate business objectives into detailed functional specifications.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement sessions.
- Create process maps, user stories, use cases, and business documentation.
- Manage and prioritize product backlogs in collaboration with Product Owners.
- Support Salesforce implementation, enhancement, and optimization initiatives.
- Work closely with developers, QA teams, and business users throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes using Salesforce capabilities.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives and enterprise standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
- Excellent requirements elicitation and documentation skills.
- Experience creating user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Experience managing product backlogs and supporting Agile projects.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote enterprise environment.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred).
- Experience with Salesforce consulting partners or enterprise Salesforce implementations.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools.
- Knowledge of Salesforce best practices and release management.
