Job Summary  
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring Salesforce solutions align with business needs and drive process efficiency. You will gather and analyze requirements, design scalable solutions, and support Salesforce implementations and enhancements. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities, and the ability to translate business objectives into functional system requirements. 

What You’ll Do  

  • Gather and analyze business requirements by working closely with stakeholders to understand current processes and identify areas for Salesforce-driven improvement. 
  • Facilitate and manage the Scrum process, including leading daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives to ensure timely and effective delivery of Salesforce features and enhancements. 
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by developing test plans, coordinating with end users, validating that Salesforce solutions meet business requirements, and documenting feedback for continuous improvement. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, admins, and project managers, to ensure successful implementation and deployment. 
  • Conduct user training and support change management efforts to drive user adoption and maximize ROI from Salesforce solutions. 

What We Need  

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field (e.g., business, technology, or a similar discipline)  
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with 3+ years focused on Salesforce 
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and basic configuration (objects, fields, workflows, reports)
  • Proficiency in requirements elicitation techniques such as personas, user stories, and story mapping
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams
  • Experience analyzing data to identify process improvement opportunities and define success metrics
  • Ability to develop and maintain internal support documentation, release notes, and training materials

Desired Qualifications  

  • Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) or Business Analyst 
  • Experience with Salesforce tools and technologies, such as Flow, Process Builder, and AppExchange products 
  • Familiarity with data management (e.g. Data Loader), reporting, and dashboards 
  • Background in change management or user training, particularly in Salesforce implementations

  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement 

Base Salary Band: $69,000 - $138,000
 
Compensation: At PatientPoint, we are committed to providing competitive pay and benefits that are in line with industry standards. The base salary range listed is just one component of PatientPoint’s total compensation package for employees.
