The Opportunity
As a Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud Manager you will guide client work focused on Salesforce applications, helping shape CPQ and Revenue Cloud solutions that support operational efficiency and business goals within our Business Application Consulting practice. As a Manager you will lead teams, coach and develop talent, manage project workstreams, and apply sound judgment when addressing complex client needs while supporting a culture of accountability, integrity, and practical use of technology. In this role at PwC, you will oversee solution design, implementation support, and client-facing problem solving across Salesforce consulting efforts, while helping teams deliver consistent results and strengthen their capability over time.
Responsibilities
- Leading Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud implementation workstreams across client engagements
- Guiding requirement gathering, solution design, and process mapping for quote-to-cash initiatives
- Managing project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables for complex technology programs
- Coaching team members on Salesforce administration, configuration, and release activities
- Reviewing solution designs and build outputs for alignment with client needs and delivery objectives
- Coordinating system integration across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and connected platforms
- Overseeing testing, defect resolution, deployment readiness, and post-launch support activities
- Identifying process improvement opportunities and recommending automation within sales and revenue operations
- Translating business requirements into scalable application solutions and training materials
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science,Management Information Systems
- Bringing Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud project leadership
- Managing client-facing workstreams and delivery timelines
- Mentoring teams through complex solution design
- Applying systems thinking to business process challenges
- Navigating stakeholder conversations with professional courage
The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
