Role Description

Are you proficient as an admin in both Salesforce and Hubspot? Great! This is a remote contract role for a Salesforce & Hubspot Admin. The Admin will be responsible for making basic administration and configuration changes to Salesforce and Hubspot instances - including our internal Everpeak org.

We are open to both US-based and international contractors. The Americas is preferred, but open to other locations if exclusively working US hours.

Qualifications

  • At least 10 hours per week available; can ramp up to whatever capacity you have

  • Salesforce and Hubspot certifications are a plus

  • Salesforce experience with flows and automations

  • Working US hours; responsive via Slack and email

  • Experience in setting up validation rules and creating dashboards

  • Clear communication skills; fluent in English

  • Proactive follow-up to keep projects moving forward
