You Are 

A Salesforce Life Sciences Functional Lead. You thrive in a team setting where you can use your prodigious creative and analytical powers to decimate problems. Leadership skills? The Work 

• Lead and facilitate discovery and scoping sessions with clients  

• Deal with client business process and potential constraints (budget, timeline, expertise, etc.) to define optimal and reasonable project scope and expectations  

• Create and defend solution estimate and SOW  

• Incorporate past experiences, business savvy, creative and out-of-the-box thinking in designing solutions; offer multiple, potential solutions  

• Coordinate with Technical Architects/CTA's, integration, and data consultants, and others, as needed, for specific technical design requirements  

• Provide recommendations on third-party applications  

• Manage expectations with clients, Accenture colleagues, as well as SFDC and other 3rd parties - i.e., be able to influence and guide towards successful outcomes  

• Disseminate best practices on solution positioning and delivery.   

• Own the solution and provide architectural oversight of the solution throughout the project  

• Provide guidance and advisory support to project team on implementation approach and complex configuration issues  

• Participate in QA checkpoints during delivery to provide guidance and ensure solution aligns with original scope  

• Work with project team to develop and validate estimates to support any Change Orders  

• Participate in project status meetings, as requested by the Delivery Lead/Project Manager  

• Contribute to estimating and SOW templates for future phases  

• Lead business and functional requirements definition and prioritization/scoping of requirements.   

• Map functional requirements to Salesforce.com features and functionality.   

• Maintain and coordinate communication with the customer throughout each project.   

• Mentor more junior team members in business analysis, project management, and Salesforce.com best practices 

• Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements 

Here’s What You Need 

• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in solutioning, discovery and business analysis, project management, and technology implementation in full life-cycle CRM engagements.   

• A minimum of 4 year of experience with Salesforce.com is required.   

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)  

Bonus Points If  

• Life Sciences Industry experience

• You are customer focused and great at building client relationships. 

• You have a desire to work in a dynamic work environment and be creative within a team. 

• You have a demonstrable ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment. 

• You have an ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. 

• You have a desire to work in an information systems environment.   

• Experience working with AI/ML tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, Microsoft Copilot, or generative AI tools) and an understanding of how AI capabilities can be applied to Life Sciences commercial solutions

• Familiarity with Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud (LSC), Health Cloud, or equivalent pharma/biotech CRM platforms and an understanding of how these clouds support commercial and patient-facing use cases

• Experience delivering projects using Agile, hybrid, or scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) and comfort adapting delivery methodology to client context

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
