You Are:

An Salesforce Life Sciences Tech Arch with a keen eye for problem solving. You work with project teams to identify and analyze clients’ requirements and craft the right solution. On top of this, you’ve got the interpersonal skills to build the right rapport clients to get the project off the ground. Organization is your forte. You prioritize multiple projects at once with aplomb and always deliver quality work on time. 

The Work :

  • Leading and ensuring the successful delivery of a Salesforce solution from a technical standpoint.     

  • Integrate multiple technologies with Salesforce.   

  • Lead Salesforce modeling and architecture including data extension modeling and cross-product data architecture & mapping   

  • Architect, design, and develop sophisticated customizations utilizing Salesforce.     

  • Manage technical project team members (onshore and offshore).     

  • Running workshops, working closely with the client, able to talk about tradeoffs e.g., terms of config vs code.     

  • Disseminate leading practices on solution positioning and delivery.     

  • Mentor junior team members in Salesforce technology, Integration Technologies, and Salesforce best practices.     

  • Lead all aspects of code reviews.     

  • Support pre-sales activities inclusive of participating in sales calls and proposal development. 

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here’s What You Need 

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience with Salesforce Technologies   

  • Minimum of 10 years of leading teams within Salesforce projects

  • Experience supporting the Life Sciences industry and/or Life Sciences clients

  • Experience with Life Sciences Cloud (LSC) capabilities, including Health Cloud, Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, or equivalent pharma/biotech CRM platforms

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associates Degree, must have a minimum 6 years of work experience)  

Bonus Points If  

  • Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and/or Interaction Studio 

  • Experience in computing behavioral attributes using consumer behavior data such as campaign response, web analytics, or purchase transactions and using the attributes for segmentation of audiences. 

  • Possess a basic understanding of integrations, single sign, security, etc. (MuleSoft, Informatica, other ETL tools a huge plus) is also preferred. 

  • Experienced in using SQL, JavaScript, and HTML 

  • Implemented full lifecycle/enterprise software projects. 

  • Experienced in leading developers a plus. 

  • Knowledgeable in both functional and technical aspects of a CRM or Digital Marketing engagement. 

  • Demonstrate superb communication and presentation skills. 

  • Adaptable to a multifaceted work environment and be creative within a team. 

  • Effectively built, led and fostered a team-oriented environment. 

  • Worked creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment and desire to work in an information systems environment.

  • Experience working with AI/ML tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, Microsoft Copilot, or generative AI tools) and an understanding of how AI capabilities can be applied to Life Sciences commercial solutions

  • Experience delivering projects using Agile, hybrid, or scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) and comfort adapting delivery methodology to client context

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
