Your Team
Our COO Product Team is responsible for enabling scalable, efficient, and user-centric solutions that support key business processes across the organization. The team partners closely with business stakeholders, technology partners, and product leadership to enhance Salesforce and related business applications, delivering capabilities that improve operational effectiveness, data-driven decision making, and user experience. Team members have the opportunity to work on strategic initiatives, contribute to platform innovation, and develop expertise across product management, business analysis, process improvement, and financial technology.
Your Role and Impact
As a Salesforce Product Manager, Associate, you will support the continued growth and enhancement of the Salesforce platform and related business applications. You will serve as a key liaison between business and technology teams, helping translate business needs into actionable solutions while ensuring successful adoption and delivery of platform capabilities. This role offers the opportunity to develop product management expertise, influence process improvements, and contribute to initiatives that drive measurable business value and user outcomes.
Your Responsibilities

The scope of this role also includes the following responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders to analyze business processes, document requirements and use cases, and recommend scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and user outcomes.
- Support product roadmap execution by developing data-driven insights, reporting, and performance metrics that inform prioritization and business decisions.
- Collaborate with product leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to manage the product backlog, track initiative progress, communicate status, and support prioritization decisions.
- Gather and analyze user, operational, and market insights to support feature planning, release management, and product adoption strategies.
- Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria, manage backlog priorities, and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities to ensure successful delivery.
- Develop training and change management materials while partnering with technical teams to resolve user issues and improve the overall user experience.
- Maintain system, process, and data documentation, support reporting and analysis activities, and validate the impact of new features and changes across business applications.
Your Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Operations, Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with databases and writing SQL queries (preference not requirement).
- Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, workflows, use cases, and functional specifications for technology-enabled solutions.
- Experience partnering with business stakeholders, product teams, and technology organizations to deliver enhancements and process improvements.
- Knowledge of product management principles, including backlog management, roadmap planning, user story development, and prioritization frameworks.
- Experience supporting software delivery lifecycles, including requirements validation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and release coordination.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience leveraging reporting, dashboarding, and data analysis to support business decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create documentation, training materials, and executive-ready status updates.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, build relationships across teams, and contribute effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Our hybrid work model
