  • Develop and execute AI expansion strategies that identify high-value use cases across business units, translating customer pain points into a prioritized roadmap for deploying Claude and Agentforce capabilities at scale
  • Own the business case for AI adoption — quantifying ROI, building proof-of-concept proposals, and navigating stakeholder alignment from executive sponsors to end users to accelerate platform expansion
  • Monitor AI platform utilization and maturity across the customer's environment, proactively identifying adoption gaps, underutilized features, and adjacent automation opportunities to drive land-and-expand growth

  • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the sales process, coordinating client meetings and delivering outstanding service across in-person, phone, and web

  • Provide post-sale support to assist the delivery team, resolve issues promptly, and ensure long-term customer satisfaction
  • Stay current on new features and product launches from Salesforce and other technology partners
  • Establish sales and delivery team best practices, manage and track sales activities in the CRM, and maintain organized, detailed notes
  • Strong time management skills — punctual, reliable, and adaptable as priorities shift
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Able to work under pressure amid distractions while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, effective across email, phone, and in-person interactions
  • High moral and ethical standards — trustworthy, honest, and professional
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand processes across industries and communicate technical solutions clearly and persuasively
  • Professional appearance and proper business etiquette
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, able to work independently or as part of a team
Qualifications
  • Experience with professional solution-selling OR pre-sales in a similar role that requires business process analysis and technical proposal writing
  • Experience with configuration and implementation of the Salesforce platform offerings
  • Experience with industry standard market research, sales strategies, negotiating, and software demonstrations
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university and/or equivalent experience
  • Ability to preserve confidential and sensitive customer and company information
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% on occasion
