SAP Master Data Consultant – SAP GROW (SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud)

This is a remote position.

KATBOTZ LLC is seeking an experienced SAP Master Data Consultant to support SAP GROW (SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud) transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in master data governance, data migration, data quality management, and business process integration across Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, Sales, Warehouse Management, and Project Systems.

The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, data owners, and implementation teams to establish high-quality master data standards and support successful SAP Public Cloud deployments.

Leaders and doers needed. We are looking for professionals who can drive master data strategy while remaining hands-on with migration, validation, governance, and business process alignment.

• Define and implement master data governance processes and standards.
  

• Establish data ownership, stewardship, and quality controls.
  

• Develop data management policies and best practices aligned with SAP GROW methodologies.
  

• Support data governance and compliance initiatives.
  

• Configure and support master data structures within SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.

• Support data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and loading activities.
  

• Work with SAP Migration Cockpit and migration tools.
  

• Develop mapping and validation rules.
  

• Execute data quality checks and reconciliation activities.
  

• Support mock conversions, testing cycles, and production cutovers.
  

• Collaborate with functional teams across:

• Ensure master data supports end-to-end business processes.
  

• Train business users on master data governance and maintenance procedures.
  

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  

• Provide post-go-live support and hypercare.
  

• Develop data standards, documentation, and operating procedures.
  

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
  

• 5+ years of SAP Master Data Management experience.
  

• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA or SAP GROW implementations.
